Pros
Fast growing company. Preferred outsourcing partner by Australian Accounting Firms. The CEO of the Company understands the value of each employee but that's not the case with others in the Management.
Cons
No recognition for hard work. The culture is one person will do all the hard work, the credits for that will be given to another person shamelessly. No support from the HR Side on manpower requirements. Committing unrealistic timelines with clients without even discussing with the operations team. Most of the old employees who contributed a lot for the company's growth have left and the reason for this being not recognised or not treated properly over the years despite giving heart and soul for this company.
