Pros
35% on front gross. $200 mini on new. Lots of traffic to store. Potential to make very serious money if you can put up with very poor management and extremely long hours.
Cons
They have the reputation of being the worse dealership to work for and it's well deserved. Even at 60 to 70hrs a week they hassle and demand you work more hours and your day off. Management has no skills other then to yell at you and use profanity with every other word. You are treated with zero respect. Lead system is a pay for play so if you want to get internet leads be prepared to give cash under the table. Most workable leads are given to just 3 or 4 people. Turnover is massive in the 6 months I've been there I've given up even learning most new hires names. Their new way to screw their employees is to randomly fine employees and force you to bet your own money in sales contest. Outside of a few salesman who are hand fed customers every other salesperson is currently looking for other employment.
