      Pros

      Decent pay for the work. Lower level employees are friendly and inclusive.

      Cons

      Job advertised and offer accepted for 40 hour work week with occasional overtime. Actually scheduled for 2448hr/yr. No room for raises and hardly any opportunity for growth. Standard pto allotment not based off hours or shift worked. Lack of forklift proficiency standards. Stacks of material constantly leaning and unsafe.

      Thank you for your feedback. We strive for transparency during the interview process. Given our business, there are times when OT is needed to meet customer demands. From a safety standpoint, employees are empowered to point out safety concerns and stop production when necessary. I have passed your concerns along to the leadership team in Tooele to take action on any safety issues.

      Pros

      I liked working at Carlisle and most of the people I worked with. They put a great emphasis on Safety and they do things to recognized staff occasionally such as ice cream, lunch etc.

      Cons

      Depending on what are you work in it is very Toxic. Management will do nothing about it complaints are filed and will make you feel like you are going crazy. I was the 3rd or 4th person in this position in less than 2 years. All of us left for similar reasons so if they aren’t willing to fix the issue the turn around in that position is going to continue.
