I was with the company for just over 3 years and when I started working for the company it was alright however things have gone downhill; I was one of their loyal members of staff that has been recognised on multiple occasions for my good work that have occurred in 2018 and 2019 however: - They have failed to pay me on time on multiple shifts which they claimed I did not work. - The management within the events department is absolutely shambolic; they cannot control their staff at all and allow them to do whatever they want. - The Eastern European Administration staff in the office is extremely rude and has no respect for their staff making enquires, and will insult them to make feel bad and unwelcome to the agency. - Most of the staff are untrained and have no clue how to do their job for example when the video of the security guard not searching the customers properly which went on social media which many of their security staff follow the example. - Management prefer to send their untrained staff to work than their highly skilled staff where they have been asked by the client to return. - Senior Director does not give any right to any of their employees to defend their case should a alleged incident occur against the staff namely at Ascot - HR provide insufficient evidence to justify dismissal - HR fail to take action on any complaints made from events staff or unfair dismissal claims (on 2 occasions) - The agency Carlisle subcontracts to at Tottenham uses cheap labour that underpay their staff at Tottenham where the minimum is £10.55/h where the subcontracted agency only receives £8.50/h which is against the stadiums policy - Give up their smaller contracts because they see Tottenham as a priority and then there is no work where there are no Tottenham fixtures.
