      Everyone at the company is super friendly and helpful. You are not micromanaging. Pay isn't bad. Buildings are well maintained

      Pros

      -You get educated and stay up to date on current laws in property management -They have good training -They take care of their properties -There is always room for career growth if there are open positions to move up

      Cons

      -They micromanage -They care more about their properties than their employees -If you live on-site you will be tied down to the property they expect you to live and breathe for the property
