Pros

The other bakery staff, in general, are nice to work with. The front counter staff are hard working

Cons

The management not listening to employee concerns about other employees slacking off, open pretty much 24/7 -never closed for holidays, poor compensation. No room for advancement

Often promote within Flexible schedule, especially for part-time employees

Cons

When labor is high employees can expect to be cut often.
