Pros

I am a REAL current employee (with no plans on leaving anytime soon), and a lot of these poor recent reviews are not real. Let me shed some light on some of the top complaints: - Hire/Fire culture? I've been here for more than a year and we haven't fired a single person in that time, we've actually hired and grown. - No work? I've been so busy that I've had ONE WEEK on the bench in the past year. We have new clients and projects almost monthly, we have more work than we can staff for. - Toxic culture? We have one of the best cultures in Management Consulting. Great work life balance, monthly socials, decent compensation (worse than MBB but better than big 4 typically) I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far, it's been an incubator for career development and advancement that you wouldn't dream of getting in industry.

Cons

- Compensation could be more competitive for individuals with industry experience outside of Management Consulting. - More frequent communication from the leadership team regarding the firm's strategic direction would be beneficial.

Pros

Culture: management heavily invested in developing talent in terms of both core analytical skills, and leadership capabilities. Team is collaborative, supportive, and enjoys spending time together. Client exposure / exit opps: boutique environment creates great opportunities for client exposure. Many team members left to roles related to past engagements after working closely with executives in strategy, process improvement, and innovation related groups Training: strong investments in creating well-rounded professionals with the analytical capabilities required for leadership roles

Cons

At the time that I joined the firm, it was a young company with immature processes and policies. Expect that this has improved over time.
