We work to ensure all associates know how much their contributions are valued and that their hard work is truly appreciated. As you mentioned, Carmel seems to be in a state of constant change which is not unique to the real estate industry. We are in the midst of some of the biggest change we have seen in a while and with it, smooth processes can get shaken up.
