You get the opportunity to make a real impact, quickly, surrounded by by some of the most sharp-minded people around who genuinely want you to win and will support you to do so. Even though Carmoola is a fast-growing start-up, it has amazingly 'grown-up' systems and processes, which makes planning, delivery and evaluation so much simpler; a welcome thing in a lean business. Despite some teams being geographically dispersed, it really feels like everyone is working together and aiming for the same goal - underpinned by values that mean something, and which are highlighted each week when we give each other shout-outs for living the principles that make Carmoola.
