      Pays good salary and provided dinner and can services.

      Cons

      - Worst Team leads and Project leads you will ever work with. They will make sure your life becomes hell. - Too much office politics created by Team leads especially in Java based projects. They are staying there more than 10 years and treat you like labourers but make good impression in front of company owners as they are the only one who are running the company.

      Good exposure for beginners. Internal projects help you learn fast. There are only 2-4 client projects.

      Cons

      Not ideal for experienced developers. Culture is very hierarchy-driven. The GM - Client Engagement and Delivery level decisions are top-down, and direct technical pushback is often discouraged. Career growth for senior Devs feels limited due to internal politics over merit. *Overall*: 2/5 for experienced, 4/5 for freshers.
