Pros

Work from Home Decent Benefits Supportive Leadership

Cons

Long Hours Extremely Low Base Pay No Work/Life Balance I've been with the company for a while. While the adequate rookie guarantee is still available, it seems doable—even fun. Working 6-7 days a week almost makes sense. Once you're working only from the salary plus bookings, it can become quite frustrating. You don't get credit for bookings made online, even if you've spent hours getting them in the cruising mood. You can have a great month in bookings, and it can almost immediately be eviscerated with cancellations. It's hard to feel motivated in the early stages, but if you can work 60+ hours a week for a couple of years, it will eventually pay off.
