Pros
This is a great place to work with friendly people and great hours! I have been here for 3 years and I love the people and environment. Sale day is so busy and so much fun. I love the hours no nights or weekends!! Overall I am very happy with my career path here.
Cons
Inner office communication which the management is currently working to improve.
4 10 hr shifts other than that im hard pressed to find positives
Cons
The company doesn't care who it hires and all they care about is the bottom dollar. There are cliques and favoritism. They follow they CAA way and not NAAA like they claim.
