Pros
Great company, great leadership, and very supportive.
Cons
They seem to be pairing me with the worst behaved kids and difficult situations. I never got reimbursed for having to take my RBT exam, they don't pay a renewal fee for when you have to renew your certification. I know other companies pay more, but I really do think the pros outweigh the cons.
