I work in the lab and from the start, my manager has been someone to look up to. She is always there for me and has a wonderful personality that makes the work environment very pleasant.

The job can be demanding, but honestly, what job isn't. I do wish There was more involvement from the upper management. I can understand that they get busy, but it's always nice to gain some acknowledgment once and awhile.

You get to go home at the end of the day

They are owned by a Middle Eastern family that cares about money more than the people that help them make it they are constantly firing people and hiring new people all the time. Most of my time is on the phone dealing with angry physicians who have sent samples and haven’t gotten results They mishandle and misplace samples constantly in transit on a regular basis. I’m glad I’m leaving this place after this week
