Underpaid and very overworked - Assistant Manager Carolina Restaurant Group Employee Review

Overworked, GM often had a full crew, then night managers were left short 2 or 3 late crew and stayed until 5 and 5:30 sometimes when we were supposed to be out by 3 to 4 am. Pay was not commensurate with work load and pressure, employees made $7.25/hr. Managers sometimes received 2 cent raises at the end of the year, sometimes 0 cent raise. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.
