Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. While it is difficult to read, we appreciate you recognizing the caring and hardworking coworkers at Carolina Therapy Connection and the meaningful work being done for the children and families we serve.
We are truly sorry to hear that your experience has felt this way. Concerns related to feeling supported, heard, valued, recognized, and fairly compensated matter deeply to us, and we do not take them lightly.
Our heart is to lead with humility, compassion, and a genuine desire to care well for both our team and the families we serve. We know we will not always get everything right, but we are committed to listening, learning, and growing with honesty and grace.
We do have several ways for employees to share concerns, including annual surveys, HR support, direct conversations with leadership, and ongoing opportunities for feedback throughout the year. Our leadership team reviews feedback and uses it to guide decisions, improve communication, and strengthen support across our clinics.
If any interaction made you feel dismissed, embarrassed, or unsupported after raising a concern, we are truly sorry. That is never our heart or intention. We want every team member to feel respected, encouraged, and cared for.
If you are open to it, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can better understand your concerns and work toward meaningful solutions.
