Pros
Some good employees and doctors.
Cons
Working here is one of the most challenging experiences for me in the 10+ years I’ve been working, and not in a positive way. The environment is extremely toxic, starting with upper management fostering fear instead of support, they have lost 4 or 5 members of the “upper management team” in 2025 some only lasting a couple of months with the company.
There is little to no training or individual guidance provided, we are held to unrealistic expectations, and called out in meetings or public settings. Instead of investing in employee development, management often uses intimidation, exclusion, public criticism and humiliation following by a demotion or termination. They often use tactics to make employees quit to avoid terminations. Constructive feedback is rare here, the culture is rooted in blame rather and a constant pressure to take on more when you are at capacity… no collaboration and the feedback you get is often contradictory, good reviews or quarterly conversations can be followed by a “difficult conversation” yet another intimidation tool used to push employees out.
A major concern is the clear pattern of discriminatory practices at the leadership level. Decisions around promotions, opportunities, and even day-to-day treatment and recognition of employees appear inconsistent and biased, with some employees facing harsher standards and less opportunities than others. I fully agree with another review that talks about heavy dr*gs and alcohol use, this again spearheaded by management and ownership.
Complaints are ignored or brushed aside, leaving staff feeling silenced and unprotected.
The lack of support, transparency, and fairness has led to high turnover in all offices and an environment where employees constantly feel undervalued, unsafe and replaceable. Talented people do not stay long, and those who do suffer burnout.
