      People are friendly and helpful. Managers give u lots of room to figure out how to do your job well (no micromanaging)

      Very paper based. Internal systems move slow.

      Alot of rest and promises.

      Cons

      Very little work ,equipment was far from oilfield ready and the man was not ready to deal with the oilfield.

      All pay info they give you is a lie you will get shorted on your pay and lied to about everything questioned.
