Pros
You make bank!!! I'm talking 6 figures for entry-level positions. Depending on the department, the work can be very easy. There is also plenty of advancement opportunities. I've see people climb from entry-level to crew leader to supervisor to department manager within 5 years.
Cons
This is real. You will be expected to work every single day. I'm talking 7 days a week, possible 12s and doubles with no notice, no long holiday weekends, sometimes even the actual holidays(double time and a half). The only 2 guaranteed days off are Dec 24,25. Side note, literally 1/3 of the production workers have FMLA to deal with the demanding work schedule.
