Greedy executives - Anonymous employee Carpenter Technology Employee Review

Executive management is very condescending and does minimal to contribute to the team. They want no ownership just the paycheck. Beat up the middle management team and overwork everyone to make their bonus target. It is clear to everyone they are only in it for themselves. No I in team work. Micromanagement - no it’s even worse. Don’t say anything and they leave you alone. Mention anything that requires them to make a decision and it comes back twofold on the employees. They are elitists and have no social skills unless they are impressing their boss (smoke in mirrors) or the Board who isn’t around to see the moral and probably don’t care to be honest.
