Pros
Pay and benefits are average with the work load and stress that is created in the work environment I would definitely say the pay could be better.
Cons
Total failure of communication between shop floor workers and management at all levels. Constant harassment from supervisors/upper management. No work life balance. The company on a consistent basis lies to shop floor workers. They are big on safety but when safety is not convenient it’s tossed out the window.
