Pros
Some staff goes out of their way to ensure you're understanding the process. You do need to have initiative to ask and they'll teach. The partners I've interacted with are very patient and helpful, but make sure you're not spinning your wheels. Overall, a great environment for learning the full process of multiple audit projects.
Cons
Some other staff don't want to be bothered while they work and won't give you comprehensive explanations if you don't keep asking the necessary questions.
