Modern market daily operation, its dynamics situation from company's views how to fulfill what market want and how customer's view directly (mostly compare to competitors in terms of services, assortment, and price competitiveness)
Cons
Market is getting full with players create hight competitivenes. We need to be more aware how to tuch customers' heart so they became our loyal customers. Services became the main issue to attract customer since all competititors do low prices strategy.
