Best boss I have ever had Great co-workers good product but aging fast

Cons

Completely incompitent senior management IT department is worthless Finance department would be better managed by monkeys. Under the very heavy thumb of UTC No creative freedom Employees are not trusted.

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Cons

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
