Medical/health benefits, dental, vision, tuitioin reimbursement, good company to start off as an admin to progress to supervisor; union technicians

Cons

no real appreciation for employees, lack of communication from top management to lower management and also between other branches, favoritism

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Cons

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
