      the employees are nice and stick together

      Cons

      over worked under paid under appreciated. they ask for ideas then don't listen. Management has no idea what is going on on manufacturing floor. Very stressful. No positive reinforcement. all negative. anything you do is never good enough. supervisors have no idea how to do the job or what it takes to get the job done your job is your life

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
