      Pros

      Still looking at that. Pays the bills and work with some real good people.

      Cons

      No growth ops. Very under staffed. Business Programs are labor intensive, too many steps to get anything completed. Company is totally reaction based. No real game plan.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
