Pros

Sales training program. The individuals there truly care about the new SEs and do their best.

Cons

They don't pay the recorded commissions. This applies to both standard sales as well as sales spiffs I had documented and still was not paid. The warranty process is broken. Most of my time was spent cleaning up messes not out selling.

Pros

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Cons

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
