      Great company to work for. High technology, cutting edge innovations in Gas turbine engine technology. Excellent salary and benefits. good working environment.

      Cons

      Not many. Working facilities old. Management too much old fashion and risk averse. Manufacturing could be improved. too much emphasis on cost cutting.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
