      Great People, good starting Pay with potential to make more as an outside sales engineer, flexible hours,

      Can be repetitive and the training program is three months, which is a bit long

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
