UTC Scholar Program is one of the best among the employers.

Cons

UTC Power is still waiting to launch a breakthrough product into the market. It should be more focussed in product engineering and research strategically. UTC Power is doing less novel material science engineering and more assembly engineering.

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Cons

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
