      Strong steady business with good benefits and decent work environment

      Cons

      Erratic and inexperienced management with poor decision making abilities. Promotions and opportunities limited to small group of insiders with limited hands-on knowledge of the industry.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
