Stable Company with Excellent Long Term Growth Capability and Questionable Direction - Associate Director Carrier Employee Review

1) Leadership direction is poor at best. Flip flop daily within each month on desired goals for that month. Play a numbers game to not overdeliver to Wall Street which impacts service to customers. Very old-school antiquated management. 2) Advertises a number of holidays as a benefit that most employees end up working anyway without compensation or acknowledgement. 3) Conducts Pulse surveys on a regular basis but does very little to address shortfalls. Survey results are below industry average.
