Pros

Very flexible working hours. Able to adapt and learn to be independent as you have to do almost everything yourself

Cons

Carrier's 80-90% customer pool are a bunch of bad customer. Imagine having bad customer pressing on you and yet your management are affected by them and press on you. Demoralising to be stucked in the middle as management not helping even alittle bit to handle the customer. Carrier's different department draw very clear cut lines as for what they are supposed to do. Don't expect any help unless you know them well enough. Some of the mid management does not even know their stuff and heavily rely on their lower level position colleagues to do it for them
