A good benefit package offered on the first day of the employment
Cons
Poor management, liars, unorganized, over staffed, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. But it’s a job.... no opportunity to move up at allllll So many hurdles to get anything done it just sucks the life out of you. The levels of management don’t make a lot of sense and obvious common sense things almost never happen
