Priorities are communicated clearly, but the day to day is not consistent. they set unrealistic expectations, this comes from the very Top who believes that staying overnight or leaving the office at 9pm is what it takes. Dont take the bait. research the turnover rate post the utc spin-off (2020); people in the area that have not worked there refer to it as the company where nobody stays (their acquaintances worked there at some point, but nobody stays).
