      - staff (not management) are lovely, friendly and caring - medical aid contribution

      Cons

      - management do not know how to deal with people/employees at all - head of HR is unprofessional and does not listen to employees - older management and staff do not help younger employees, they would rather push them down - the location of the office is unsafe and unsanitary

      Everything is a con Business is run based on an individual’s emotions (Senior Executive). High school/mean girls politics within the Leadership No emotional intelligence from ALL EXCO Members No respect for people in general Undermining staff No way of speaking to people Rude and disrespectful Lacks integrity.
