      Good pay, flexible time off, perks

      Cons

      You will be layed off (blindsided) for no reason other than the classic, "its not you, its us". No formal PIP, no mention of any negatives in my performance whatsoever; on the contrary, I was praised by my colleagues and managers for the work I did. The company just decided to do layoffs and I was just "unlucky"
