Pros
-70% percent of the people are nice - free junk food every week if youre into that - decent way to get work experience
Cons
-8 or 10 hour shifts but +1 hour since they don't want to pay you for your breaks - extremely strict attendance policy. If youre few minute/s late then you're written up by HR -unpaid overtime - 2 week training but they expect you to know everything after your training on a scenario based job. -If you're not the same race as the people in escalation/management then they're more strict and passive aggressive towards you. - People barely talk to each other even during their breaks (depending on department) -Minimum wage but they'll make sure to fire you before you get a raise to save cost. - If you get involved in work place politics, consider your job gone. -biased performance reviews. -some current employees feel negatively about the company aswell but are scared for their job security so they don't speak out.
