Pros
Fast-paced work environment with a lot of learning opportunities in the early stages. Exposure to a growing startup culture and dynamic business model. Some good colleagues and team-level collaboration. If you're lucky with your manager, you can get flexibility and autonomy.
Cons
Senior management is toxic; decision-making often lacks transparency and fairness. Frequent layoffs without clear reasoning—job security is a major concern. Favoritism and internal politics are rampant at director and VP levels. “No-abuse” culture is preached by leadership but not followed in practice. Lack of long-term vision in people management; feels more like a “Lala company” than a professional workplace.
