Pros

Some talented colleagues who were dedicated to their work. The company had a promising past, and there were instances of innovative ideas. after icarasia enter to carsome. now carsome totally messedup.

Many experienced colleagues left, and it felt like the company was constantly in flux. Management: The change in leadership, especially the appointment of the current CTO, has not been a positive one. The lack of a visionary leader has left employees feeling lost and without a clear sense of direction. Micromanagement from higher-ups only added to the stress and lowered morale. Vision and Strategy: The lack of a clear, forward-thinking vision and strategy for the company's future has been a significant drawback. This has impacted the overall growth and success of the organization. Culture: The work culture deteriorated post-acquisition, with a noticeable decline in employee morale. The sense of camaraderie and enthusiasm that was once present is now largely absent.
