- Company has an amazing product that keeps evolving everyday. - Definitely the nicest and most passionate bunch of people that I've ever worked with, and values the nothing but the best for the product. - Has a adamant mission and vision towards thinking about the needs of local government. - Great benefits all around and really fosters and supports the development of its employees.

Cons

Really get the feeling that it's still a small company even though it's been around for years, so you feel that there some processes still being pioneered.
