Carter truly cared about their interns and treated them as apart of the team. I was constantly given meaningful tasks/assignments.

I did not have any negatives about my experience.

Most of the people are very nice. The paychecks were regular. The office space was nice (even if it was over-priced)

It has become a family business. You need to a friend or relative to advance here (and the friends and relatives don't always know what they are talking about)
