We're sorry to hear that you did not feel that your opinions mattered. We encourage an open-door policy with all of our employees and appreciate insight and ideas. Unfortunately, not all ideas brought forward are able to be implemented due to possible budgeting or other constraints. We agree that our employees are our "backbone" and try to create a a family-like work culture!

With our open-door policy, we're disappointed to hear that you felt that your voice was not heard. We believe in open, honest communication with our team. We absolutely acknowledge that people make mistakes and hope that these can be learning opportunities. Our leadership team's goals are to grow and develop their team every day.

Pros

Great staff on the front lines. Management cares about employees at face value.

Cons

Gossip that will have your name trashed in mere days. Horrible pay. Pressure to sell. Overworked hours, underpaid. Company cuts corners to save money by any means necessary, usually at the expense of employees. Corporate is completely detached from this location, they make decisions that actually worsen the property and increase turnover rate. A very greedy company, that will always be hiding something from it's employees. Hypocrisy at every level. Setting rules for employees where managers are exempt. Stay away at all costs, you'd sooner be treated better at a McDonald's. You will not be able to afford half decent insurance, the company bought the bare minimum options under insurance, and charge the employees as much as they can.
