Proud to work for an established and esteemed market leading company. Impressive offices, recent rebranding and diverse range of business sectors. Commitment demonstrated to improve ratio of female workforce. Overall, impressed with the company as a whole.
Cons
Treated very badly by line manager, given little support or opportunities, welfare disregarded, basic tools of the job withheld, made to feel excluded, isolated and bullied by line manager before being dismissed unfairly. Overall a very disappointing experience to endure which left me feeling completely undervalued and disposable.
