- poor business model, especially for the team I was in. - encouraged to bring forward ideas, which sometimes are the blatant option, but it never materializes as partners call the shots and want all the credit. - encouraged to take ownership, but when you ask for help it's seen as a negative - you can do all the work in the team and get 0 credit. - no diversity (only saw 2 staff of color). - no structure to progression or performance. feels more so at the discretion of partners and seniors. - team admins treat you like they are partners. - have to be white and upper class to get anywhere. If you're like me and reading this before applying for an interview, don't be like me. take in the negative feedback others have posted here. It's all very true. I wish I did.
