Good Opportunities No Trust - Member Of Technical Staff Cartesia Employee Review

I have literally zero complaints about Cartesia. The founders are excellent, there's an enormous abundance of talent here, the product direction is well thought-through and has a lot of traction, and the work is very interesting and enjoyable. The employees are hard-working, helpful, diligent, and amazingly talented, and the founders are attentive and really care about investing in the people they hire. Everyone is very well-aligned, and there is no internal friction.

The only downside of working at Cartesia is that it's a very fast-paced environment, which tends to come with higher pressure/stress, but I do not know of any successful startup that doesn't stress velocity. That being said, the founders do an excellent job at managing work and timelines and do not contribute to any of the pressure. It mainly just comes from self-driven desire to move fast, since the employees all really believe in the work we're doing.
