I could go on and on about the team, training, and overall support. The company as a whole is truly impressive and continues to grow at an incredible pace. Leadership is constantly looking for ways to improve existing processes and, more importantly, genuinely listens to employee feedback. You’re given a clear blueprint for success, and especially in sales, it’s up to you to take initiative, build momentum, and grow your book of business. If you ever find yourself struggling, the support is real—leadership and teammates will take the time to help you improve. If you consider yourself a hard worker with an open mind and a strong desire to learn (and make great $$$ ), I would highly recommend this role.

Some days are harder than others, and there are nights where you may work later, It's a hustle but it pays off.

I have been here for a few years and at first, there were a lot of things that needed to be ironed out and there was a lot of turnover. That is expected when a company is sold and under new management. Fast foward 2 years later and there is definitely stability now. The company is very collaborative and offers so much support. They hosted a kick off in Florida for all of us and it was so much fun! They also do a yearly presidents club trip and take the winners plus their plus one to an amazing trip at a 5 star resort.

Their busiest time is during the holidays (leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas so they do have blackout dates but I still got a couple days of PTO approved during the black out dates
