Pros

Decent pay, some people who care about the company and the fact that we can help people.

Cons

The company has problems at many levels. 1. There is complete lack of business alignment at the top. People at the executive level cannot agree on what the business is about. There was constant shuffling back and forth on priorities and seemed like we were constantly running around in circles. 2. The culture was extremely toxic, and there was a lot of politics. Executives don't even respect their fellow colleagues and fellow employees. Executives constantly step on each other's toes and overtly put each other down. The toxicity was quite unbelievable. 3. The business has drastically lost money over the years and will lose even more in the coming year. The company lost a lot of experienced sales people, and has failed to recover from that loss. We were told the company lost millions from fundings that were worse than expected. 4. Extreme micromanagement from the top. Given the lack of revenue, finance team nickel and dimes every little spend. The company has been laying off people without sometimes understanding the impact to the company.

Pros

I could go on and on about the team, training, and overall support. The company as a whole is truly impressive and continues to grow at an incredible pace. Leadership is constantly looking for ways to improve existing processes and, more importantly, genuinely listens to employee feedback. You’re given a clear blueprint for success, and especially in sales, it’s up to you to take initiative, build momentum, and grow your book of business. If you ever find yourself struggling, the support is real—leadership and teammates will take the time to help you improve. If you consider yourself a hard worker with an open mind and a strong desire to learn (and make great $$$ ), I would highly recommend this role.

Cons

Some days are harder than others, and there are nights where you may work later, It's a hustle but it pays off.
