The new owners (2015) have a vision and resources to revolutionize the printing aftermarket. The opportunity for growth is there... if the partners and programs fall into place.
Cons
The new CEO is an egomaniac. Terrible management and communication style. Unable to lead people. In the initial 2015 "vision" meeting for the new organization, the entire global leadership team was threatened to get on the bus or submit their resignation. Ongoing lack of communications across the organization. The management beatings will continue until morale improves.
